The entries will be put out on display Saturday morning after breakfast. The competitors are kindly asked to show up and briefly present their entries to the jury and the populace at a given time during the day (the exact time will be announced later). A written documentation containing all the information you want (and don’t have time to speak out during your short presentation) will be left next to the entry.
Both the oral presentation and the written documentation can be done in Finnish, Swedish or English – thanks to our talented multilingual populace and judges!
Good advice on documenting and examples can be found from the Drachenwald webpage under MoAS:http://www.drachenwald.sca.org/content/arts-and-sciences
Extra treat for those who want it: luxury feedback session with the newest members of the Order of the Laurel of the kingdom! Do you want to receive a more thorough, personal feedback of your entry from our brilliant jury? Then send us your documentation a week before the event and give our judges a chance to focus on you and you alone.
Oh and what does a luxury feedback session mean? Something good for the mind and body…
