Food in Midwinterfeast

All dairy products used are low lactose.

Breakfasts: porridge, bread, butter, cheese, cold meats, coffee, tea. Saturday also boiled eggs and Sunday feast left overs.

Friday:
Supper: vegetable omelette (besides eggs contains milk, leek, parsley and fennel) also bread, butter, cheese, cold meats, coffee, tea and juice

Saturday:
Lunch: Lazy day's soup (a soup with pork, mutton, diverse beans and vegetables)
For vegetarians: creamy bean soup (also without onion)

Feast:
1st course: salad, bread and butter, white fish moorish style (contains almond, butter and onion), small mutton pies with lemon (dairy free and onion free, also available without egg), figg-raisin-fritters (dairy free, contains white wine, available without egg)
For vegetarians and people allergic to fish or almonds: spinach quiche (contains milk and egg)

2nd course: Beef stew (dairy and egg free, contains red wine, parsley, onion and leek), barley, oven baked vegetables (dairy and egg free, contains carrot, onion, apple and honey), pear pudding (contains milk, egg and white wine)
For vegetarians: cabbage leaves stuffed with hazel nuts and parmesan cheese
